Staff Development RN (Finance)
The Staff Development Coordinator is responsible for conducting all education programs at the facility. They must assess staff needs and plan, implement, and direct the appropriate types of education programs necessary to meet the needs of the staff. The Staff Development Coordinator is a member of Nursing Administration.
RN Staff Development Qualifications
- Must have ASN or BSN degree from an accredited college
- Must have active RN license in the state of Virginia
- Must be certified by the state of Virginia to conduct CNA training classes
- Experience in long-term care preferred
- Teaching/Education experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of people
- Ability to train and educate adult learners
- Leadership ability
