What you'll be doing:
The Senior Analyst of Quality Control will monitor the overall quality of loan servicing activities and to ensure audits are in compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, third party subservice, mortgage insurer, and investor requirements including but not limited to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae, HUD, USDA and portfolio loans.
The Senior Analyst of Quality Control will provide mentoring, guidance and general oversight to the staff and all Servicing Quality Control functions handled within the department.
Oversees the Servicing audit department and processes; oversee monthly Servicing QC testing and reporting to ensure conformance with regulatory and investor guidelines, internal policies and best practices.
Quality Control Servicing reviews: Will work closely with our third-party sub-servicer and internal Centralized Loan Servicing Department on loan reviews to validate the serviced loans meet our investor requirements.
Produce monthly Quality Control reports, distribution of reports, trends, feedback, correction action plans and resolutions, and self-reporting as applicable.
Maintain current knowledge of the regulatory environment, including new and proposed regulation affecting servicing.
Maintain up to date written quality control procedures and guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of three years of audit related experience in general auditing, quality control, compliance, or related field.
Thorough knowledge & understanding of agency (FNMA, FHLMC, VA, FHA, etc.) and investor underwriting guidelines, policies, procedures, regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory for success in this role.
Self-motivated, driven to ensure accuracy and able handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated problem solving and employee development skills.
Advanced Computer literacy required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this role is $50,000 to $70,000 annually, along with eligibility to earn an annual bonus. Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and experience.
