Co-Op - Bachelors Mech Eng (Finance)



As an Intern Bachelors Mech Eng here at Honeywell, you will gain hands-on experience and exposure to various aspects of mechanical engineering. You'll work out of our Mason, OH location on a Hybrid work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics Engineering

  • Basic understanding of mechanical design principles and methodologies

  • Experience with CAD software and other design tools, specifically SolidWorks and AutoCAD

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Hands-on approach to troubleshooting

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in determining the upgrade path for legacy sortation systems

  • Generate project BOMs (Bill of Materials), create sales orders, and track materials

  • Participate in project reviews and provide input for improvements

  • Support field execution team, including on-site support at customer facilities

  • Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including drawings and specifications

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to support project objectives

  • Support quality initiatives and drive issue resolution with manufacturing
