Electro-Mechanical Assembler (Finance)

In this role, you will perform electro-mechanical assembly work for our product lines. We are searching for a mechanically inclined individual that is looking for an opportunity to grow and expand their skill sets within a well-established team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assembles parts according to knowledge of unit being assembled or by following blueprints.
  • Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, speed clips, rivets, or other fasteners.
  • Performs wiring functions such as stripping, crimping, and soldering.
  • Inspects work for conformance to specifications.
  • Tests specific products for performance to standards.
  • Reviews picklist and pulls and labels parts for assemblies or shipments.
  • Packs kits for customer orders.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 0-3 years of electro-mechanical assembly or related experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Previous experience reading blueprints.
  • Experience with hand tools or power tools.
  • Familiarity with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to calculate figures, basic mathematics like adding and subtracting.

  • Willingness to show determination through consistently working towards career goals.
  • Asks the appropriate questions to seek to understand new tasks and delivers quality work.

Compensation

Employee Type: Hourly

Salary Minimum: $35,000

Salary Maximum: $45,000
