Base Salary: $50,000 + Competitive Bonus Plan | OTE $100,000+ in Year 1

Colonial Vista Post Acute is searching for a high-energy, outgoing, and motivated Admissions and Marketing Coordinator to lead our admissions efforts and grow our referral network. This is your chance to combine your sales skills with a meaningful career in healthcare.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Be the go-to person for welcoming new residents and supporting their families during the admissions process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, hospitals, and community organizations
- Coordinate with clinical teams to ensure smooth and timely placements
- Monitor bed availability and keep everything running efficiently
- Represent our facility at local events and outreach opportunities
- Drive census growth with strategic, creative marketing and outreach initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- A dynamic communicator with sales instincts and a service-oriented mindset
- At least 2 years of experience in healthcare admissions or marketing (preferred)
- LVN or RN license is a bonus, but not required
- Highly organized and confident with technology (Microsoft Office Suite)
- Able to handle local travel as needed (overnight travel is rare)
- Comfortable working in a healthcare setting and coordinating between teams
