Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team.

Continuous Improvement Manager Role Overview

Develop and manage a continuous improvement program for all manufacturing sites. This role will be responsible for assessing, monitoring, and enhancing the activities related to the site performance, including safety, quality, cost, delivery, morale, environment. This role will visualize and analyze performance KPIs, check and evaluate the actions of each plant, and support executing concrete activities for improving those performances with site teams.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the continuous improvement roadmap.
  • Organize and facilitate steering meetings and audits.
  • Report progress, improvements, and savings against agreed goals and targets, with data and business KPIs.
  • Manage and develop daily management process of anomalies in the site, to realize the recurrence preventions of the issues.
  • Develop a culture to liaise the day-by-day information to individual Kaizen (improvement) projects.
  • Support troubleshooting operations, processes, and equipment in order to reduce losses.
  • Promote and manage 5S + safety activities in the shop floor of the sites, with visual standards.
  • Participate in budget construction and management of improvement budget.
  • Know and comply with all site quality, food safety, and H&S requirements.
  • Support benchmarking activities with other PBV sites.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience, or 6 years of relevant experience.
  • 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility.
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
  • Basic skill of Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with mechanical maintenance preferred.
  • Experience with soft drink bottling preferred.
  • Detail oriented and able to multitask.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Possess excellent analytical skills.
  • Able to travel 50% of the time.
