Role description:

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Chemical Sector team and more specifically to support a large Chemical Sector client account team. This role will work with the Account Leader to manage and lead the remediation program for the client account focused on compliance at a Program level related to Client and Arcadis requirements. Additionally, they will support new business development opportunities, as we look to expand our portfolio of work and service offerings to the Client, as well more broadly in the Chemical Sector.

The ideal candidate has experience and working relationships in the Chemical Sector and deep knowledge of the Client's business and requirements.

Role accountabilities:

• Serve as a Program Manager within the Chemical Sector to oversee and manage the remediation program to ensure successful delivery and compliance with client contract requirements.
• Develop project management processes and policies and lead the implementation of system improvements for client programs, ensuring developments are in line with strategic business objectives,
• Manage relationships with key internal and external stakeholders,
• Collaborate with Arcadis teams to develop and deliver differentiated services and pursuit strategies.
• Provide regulatory and technical support to teams within the Chemical Sector,

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent,
• Relevant professional qualification,
• 12 or more years' relevant experience, including 8 or more years' experience managing complex projects,
• Experience managing business relationships at senior level,
• Experience leading and implementing complex business change solutions.

Arcadis offers benefits for full time and part time positions. We offer nine paid holidays and 20 days PTO that accrue per year. The salary range for this position is $113,933 - $193686. Actual salaries will vary and are based on several factors, such as experience, education, budget, internal equity, project and location.
