Teller Part-Time (Finance)

Job Duties:
- Performing transactions such as accepting deposits and loan payments, cashing checks, issuing money orders and cashier's checks.
- Provide efficient and exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Complying with privacy policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality and information protection.
- Complying with all federal, state and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as all company policies and procedures
- Completing and passing all required regulatory compliance training as assigned
- Connecting customers to the appropriate department specialists that can help them with specialized financial needs.
- Engaging customers in person and by phone to assist, and conduct transactions through self-service technologies.
- Perform any additional duties and tasks assigned by management.

- Ability to work location hours, including some evenings until 6pm and every Saturday from 8:45am to 12pm.
Education, Experience & Licenses:
- High school diploma (or equivalent)- required
- Minimum 6 months banking experience- preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service and cash handling experience- required
