What is the opportunity?

The Finance Manager of Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) is a key member of the finance team, responsible for developing and implementing financial planning and analysis processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and provide strategic insights to senior management.

What You'll Do :

• Monitor financial results against budget and forecast, identify key trends and variances, and provide actionable recommendations.

• Develop and present insightful financial reports, including variance analysis, to senior management.

• Assist in the annual budgeting cycle and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives .

• Create and refine financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial planning and reporting processes.

• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls related to financial planning and reporting.

• Collaborate with key internal key stakeholders (Finance peers, Accounting, etc.)

• Lead ad hoc projects .

What will you bring to Omnissa ?

• 5 -10 years of experience in finance/ FP&A or similar role s , ideally in a high-growth tech company .

• Bachelor's degree in Finance , B usiness, or equivalent . MBA a plus .

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic insights.

• Proficiency in financial modeling and experience with relevant software (e.g., Excel, Power P oint , Power BI, Tableau , Essbase, Oracle Cloud ).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial audiences.

• Highly motivated, self-start er with ability to independently in a fast-paced environment .

Location: United States (preferred)

Location Type: Hybrid or Remote (based on location)

Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
