Sales Coordinator-Aggregates (Finance)
Kilgore Companies, a Summit Materials LLC company, is looking for a Sales Administrator role based at our Salt Lake City office. This role supports the sales department through quote and project setup, fielding AR inquiries, accurately billing, and acting as an extension of the sales team when representatives are away from the office. This will report to the VP of Sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers while ensuring customer satisfaction
• Manage project and quote setup
• Responsible for pricing and billing accuracy
o Provide a point of contact for billing inquiries
• Manage win/loss tracking and backlog
• Assist with lien releases and tax-exempt forms
• Perform month end reporting and account reconciliations. Research discrepancies accordingly
• Safeguard accounts receivable
• Edit Aggregate tickets
• PowerBI/CRM/JWS/Excel and other report duties as necessary
• Other Accounting/Sales duties and assignments as required
Qualifications :
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous Construction or aggregates industry experience preferred
• Ability to work effectively as a team and self-motivate when working individually.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Ability to maintain a positive and optimistic attitude, driving for customer-focused results.
• Ability to work well in high-pressure, time-sensitive environment.
• Produce high quality work that is detail-oriented, thorough, and accurate.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
