Administrative Partner (Finance)



Overview

Location: Onsite 5 days per week at our Martinsburg, WV Plant

Pay is dependent upon experience and will be discussed during the consideration process

This position assists the Plant Manager by managing complex calendars, drafting documents, creating presentations, and handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, the role may involve assisting with project and budget management tasks and providing support for various functions related to the Human Resources Manager.

This position supports good standing in the community and sustainable operations. It adheres to and upholds all company policies, safety standards, and federal/state regulations.

Role & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate executive meetings and appointments.
  • Arrange travel, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Manage communication for the Plant Manager and HR Manager.
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Candidates should have an intermediate level of proficiency in Excel and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot data for reports effectively.
  • Organize meeting agendas and logistics for events.
  • Oversee office duties, including supply orders and record keeping.
  • Assist with project management and resource coordination.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Plan internal and off-site events.
  • Schedule meetings, interviews, and training sessions.
  • Support payroll processing, schedules and attendance tracking.
  • Contribute to HR reports, assist with employee uniform vendor, and other vendors.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree in business or human resources preferred.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Executive Administration.
  • Union environment experience preferred for understanding workplace dynamics.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for handling multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail for accuracy in tasks.
  • Strong math skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office at an intermediate to advanced level.
  • Ability to take initiative and solve problems effectively.
