NOW HIRING: Dispatcher
Location: In the office in Puyallup, WA
Schedule: Full-time, must have evening and weekend availability, Various days 7AM to 5PM and/or 11AM to 8PM and Saturdays 7AM to 7PM
Day in the Life
The Dispatcher will be responsible for the following duties:
- Coordinate the daily activities for all drivers, ensuring productivity and quality
- Continually improve dispatch efficiencies
- Ensure requests, complaints, and concerns are handled timely and efficiently
- Maintain and enforce safety standards including hours of service
- Maintain schedule for the weekend and on-call drivers as needed
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will have dispatching experience for a large multi-division service company.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using multi-line phone systems
- This person must understand routing and be able to route all FloHawks positions
- Have geographical knowledge of the area you are applying for
- Computer aptitude: Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- Must have evening and weekend availability
- Proactive, self-starter
- Problem solving skills
