How will you make an impact?

We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented Senior Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives including new site manufacturing launches and strategic operational programs. This role will be accountable for the full project lifecycle—from charter definition to execution—while managing scope, budget, timeline, risks, and stakeholder alignment. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in manufacturing operations, exceptional leadership, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams toward successful, sustainable outcomes.

What will you do?

Program & Project Leadership

  • Define program charters, KPIs, success criteria, and execution strategies aligned with business and operational goals.

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for program scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk.

  • Ensure alignment across site engineering, HR, manufacturing, legal, EHS, quality, and inventory control teams.

  • Lead enterprise-level initiatives and drive achievement of strategic corporate objectives.

Cross-functional Coordination

  • Develop and manage integrated master schedules and cross-functional workstreams.

  • Facilitate collaboration through RACI matrices, program steering committees, and working team meetings.

  • Coordinate resource capacity planning, time tracking, and workload balancing across teams.

Stakeholder & Customer Management

  • Act as the primary liaison between internal/external customers and cross-functional teams.

  • Communicate program objectives in terms of overall business strategy.

  • Maintain governance frameworks, escalation protocols, and change control processes.

Risk & Issue Management

  • Proactively manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).

  • Identify risk scenarios early and deploy mitigation or contingency strategies.

  • Ensure projects stay on track across scope, cost, quality, and schedule.

Operational Readiness & Execution

  • Oversee critical launch activities: facility buildout, EHS compliance, workforce readiness, and production qualification.

  • Ensure readiness of systems, processes, and teams to support manufacturing ramp-up.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, test, quality, and supply chain functions for smooth operational transition.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Drive metric-based reporting and real-time dashboards to monitor progress against KPIs.

  • Deliver executive-level briefings and written updates on project health, issues, and improvement opportunities.

  • Implement lessons learned and continuous improvement practices across programs.

Leadership & Continuous Improvement

  • Inspire, guide, and motivate cross-functional teams to high performance.

  • Design and facilitate training sessions for enterprise initiative rollouts.

  • Identify and implement cost-effective solutions through process reengineering and systems optimization.

How will you get here?

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or related field (master's preferred).

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.

  • Lean, Six Sigma, or related process improvement qualifications are a plus.

Experience:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in project/program management, ideally within manufacturing or operations.

  • Proven track record leading greenfield or brownfield site launches or complex operational programs.

  • Deep knowledge of manufacturing systems, engineering processes, EHS, and operational ramp-up readiness.

  • Strong financial acumen for budget forecasting and capital expenditure planning.

  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar).

Key Competencies:

  • Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Cross-functional Team Leadership

  • Operational Readiness & Risk Mitigation

  • Effective Communication & Stakeholder Influence

  • Change Management & Continuous Improvement
