Job Details
- Position Type: Full-Time
- Pay Range: $20.95 - $22.32/hour
- Work Location: Onsite - Sterling, IL 61081
- Shift: 3 pm - 1 am (Monday-Thursday)
- Operate assigned mechanical equipment and applicable hand tools.
- Perform first-piece inspections as needed.
- Ensure items produced meet quality control requirements.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting and make necessary equipment adjustments.
- Read and interpret blueprints if applicable.
- Utilize basic measuring instruments.
- Accurately complete required documentation.
- Maintain cleanliness of work area following 5S standards.
- Adhere to all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Ability to interpret work instructions and follow written and verbal directions.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills.
- Fundamental mathematical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot minor issues.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing role.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment and measuring instruments.
- Ability to perform tasks under general supervision and handle moderately complex issues.
- Experience with process machines and powered industrial equipment is a plus.
