Sr. Marketing Graphic Designer (Creative Design)

Design and produce marketing materials across print, digital, and web platforms (brochures, social graphics, web banners, etc.).Develop and maintain web content using WordPress and basic CSS, including troubleshooting.Create compelling layouts and visuals (including photo editing) in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) that support Kinzes brand and marketing strategies.Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute campaign deliverables.Write concise and engaging marketing copy for advertising, web, social media, and other channels as needed.Provide creative input and design support for trade shows and events (signage, booth graphics, collateral) and communicate clear work instructions with the set-up crew to ensure logistics/brand standards are executed.Contribute to the Kinze Innovation Center by designing and updating visual experience elements.Take projects from concept through delivery, balancing multiple deadlines and priorities.Maintain high standards of quality, accuracy, and brand alignment across all creative outputs.Stay current on design, digital, and agricultural marketing trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.Take ownership and responsibility of seeing projects through to completion.Perform other duties as assigned.
