Position Summary

Thales is seeking a Product Marketing Manager – Innovations to support the development, testing, and go-to-market efforts for new and emerging products within the In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) space. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the market, its ecosystem, and competitive dynamics to define business requirements and translate them into innovative solutions. • Research customer pain points, identify opportunities, and extract insights from industry trends and digital technologies.
  • Develop and dollarize the product's value proposition, using real-world data to support value analysis.
  • Articulate roadmaps and lifecycle strategies that address threats, highlight strengths, and influence product vision.
  • Define early access programs and go-to-market strategies with presentations, pricing, proposal language, and support to sales.
  • Represent Thales as a subject matter expert internally and externally at tradeshows and industry events.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, General Business, STEM, or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience (or HS diploma with 15+ years).
  • Solid experience in Product Marketing and/or Product Management.
  • Experience in the tech industry (and/or in-flight entertainment is a plus).
  • Experience in developing and communicating effective value propositions.
  • Strong analytical ability with proficiency in pricing, ROI, TCO, TVO, market analysis, and competitive intelligence.
  • Proven experience in developing effective marketing material.
