As the Maintenance Shop Supervisor, youll lead a team of Tool/Inventory Attendants and ensure the smooth operation of our maintenance inventory systems. Youll play a key role in supporting preventive and corrective maintenance for our production equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and assign tasks to Tool Crib AttendantsCreate and manage work orders and inventory recordsOptimize layout of inventory and tooling stockroomsOversee daily maintenance materials and parts in MP2Ensure proper labeling of maintenance and HAZMAT itemsConduct inventory cycle counts and auditsTrain team members on tool crib proceduresCollaborate with Maintenance Management and other departmentsEvaluate and recommend tools for repair, replacement, or procurementMaintain accurate records of tooling and inventory systems
?? Supervisory Duties:
Lead a team of 35 employeesInterview, hire, train, and evaluate team membersAddress performance, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with company policies
? What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or GED required 4-Year Degree preferred35 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing a plus)Strong communication and organizational skillsBilingual (English/Spanish) preferredFamiliarity with GMP, OSHA, and SQF standards
