Outside Supplier Process Logistics Coordinator (Bloomington, MN) (Finance)
The OSP Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of logistics operations related to the Outside Supplier Process (OSP). This role ensures the accurate, timely shipping, receiving, and tracking of OSP items and supports seamless coordination between internal teams and external vendors.

What will you do?
Oversee and coordinate logistics activities for all OSP shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
Serve as the main point of contact for OSP vendors to ensure clear communication, efficient processing, and issue resolution.
Assist in the physical handling of materials, including unpacking, packaging, labeling, and preparing items for shipment.
Ensure shipping and receiving documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with internal procedures.
Monitor vendor performance and maintain strong relationships to support on-time delivery and high-quality service.
Work cross-functionally with internal departments (e.g., Procurement, Quality, Production, and Production) to ensure alignment of OSP requirements.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory movements, and vendor communications
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and reliability of OSP logistics processes.

What will make you the ideal candidate?
Education: High school diploma.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Computer literate, Microsoft suites, Excel experience wanted
Oracle experience helpful but not required
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain operations helpful
