Security Compliance Generalist (Finance)
Honeywell is seeking an experienced Security Compliance generalist for their Chandler, AZ location.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:
- Provide onsite support in the areas of Personnel and Physical Security, to include but not limited to:
- Personnel reporting requirements
- Investigate security incidents and violations, and prepare written reports
- Assist in managing and updating personnel security records
- Facility access control, visit requests, badging
- Facility Self-inspection
- Identify opportunities to improve security operations efficiency, assist in developing and implementing new policies and procedures
- Assist in coordinating and providing initial, refresher, and incident-driven training and education to the workforce
- Provide additional support as needed to the Security Team at all ACST locations
- Respond to after-hour alarms as needed
- Travel up to 10%

- 3+ years' experience in a security role such as a CPSO/CSSO/SSO for SCI or SAP programs
WE VALUE:
- Active Top-Secret clearance with polygraph
- Proficient level of understanding of the following:
- National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and Intelligence Community (IC) Directives.
- Experience with DISS
- Completion of a Government Industrial Security Course (Special Security Officer (SSO) or Facility Security Officer (FSO)
- Superior organizational and task prioritization skills
- In-depth knowledge of DoD or other government security regulatory authorities
