Salesforce Operational Administrator (Finance)

CHG Healthcare is seeking a skilled and motivated Engineering Administrator II to join our IT Services department. In this role, you will help oversee and optimize our Salesforce Release Management processes and DevOps ecosystem by managing platform configuration, ensuring data integrity, and implementing new features. This position will work closely with other team members to support the organization's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, configure and maintain the Salesforce platform, including managing security and access control and Salesforce updates.
  • Lead incident management and perform root cause analysis of data and process issues while proposing solutions and improvements.
  • Monitor system performance and usage metrics to identify and implement optimization solutions.
  • Partner with Security and Engineering teams to complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades.
  • Manage release cycles and testing of Salesforce & Bullhorn Recruitment Cloud releases, as well as CHG custom-built solutions.
  • Implement process automation to streamline repetitive tasks in Salesforce DevOps Governance Orgs.
  • Partner with CHG Data's team to ensure data quality through regular audits and governance policies.
  • Evaluate and implement third-party applications and custom solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and implement those changes.
  • Enforce application security and privacy policies, including business continuity plans.
  • Provide support and training to users, resolving issues promptly.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Participate in the design of comprehensive functional specification documents, process flow diagrams, configuration details, use cases, test conditions, test scripts, and training documentation utilizing technical writing.
  • Manage Installed Packages in coordination with Partners to update and maintain supportability.

Qualifications

  • Experienced in the administration and configuration of Copado Governance Orgs for metadata and source format deployments.
  • Experience with production launch readiness and cloud-based deployment models
  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with Git-based version control systems (e.g., GitHub) is a plus
  • Experience with implementing and/or maintaining Bullhorn for Salesforce.
  • Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
  • Experience with declarative development tools (e.g., Process Builder, Flow Builder, Workflow Rules).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs and integration patterns.
  • Background in CRM strategy and business process optimization.
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools, such as SQL, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Solution-oriented, with a positive attitude and approach to work.
  • Capability to work independently on assigned tasks and lead in a collaborative team-oriented environment, using sound judgment in decision-making.

Education & Experience

  • BS in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science) preferred, but relevant professional experience accepted.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or Salesforce Release Manager.
  • Salesforce.com Admin Certified preferred
  • Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Platform App Builder preferred
  • Copado Fundamentals I & II certifications preferred

We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $72,600 -- $197,100 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. During the hiring process, your recruiter can provide more information about the specific salary range for the job location.

CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
