Pricing Coordinator (Administrative)



EXPAT Relocation Solutions is an independent international and domestic household goods mover that draws on an extensive network of trusted partners to provide cost-effective moving services.  Our team of relocation experts works with corporate mobility professionals to carry out their domestic and international employee relocation programs, as well as individuals managing their own moves.

Position Summary:  The Pricing Coordinator leads response efforts to all domestic and international pricing inquiries for overseas partners, clients and private customers.  This is a part-time position, 20-25 hours per week.  Remote availability, only for candidates who reside in the state of Florida.

Priorities:

  • Create and independently file rates for account pricing.
  • Independently complete RFPs alongside Pricing and Expense Manager.
  • Lead all negotiations with vendors ensuring EXPAT profitability is maintained in all transactions and the impact of overall transportation planning is considered.
  • Independently formulate transportation plans.
  • Facilitate corporate quotes according to accounts assigned by Pricing and Expense Manger.
  • Work closely with Relocation Managers to provide the most cost-effective international or domestic relocation pricing.
  • Independently determine the most cost-effective method for each assigned international or domestic relocation.
  • Manage the budget creation process for all incoming international and domestic relocations.
  • Analyze geopolitical events during budget planning.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • One to two years related experience.
  • Ability to manage own work on multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and extreme accuracy.

The pay rate is $23-$26 per hour. Starting pay rate is based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, and retirement benefits.
