Cutter/Grinder Technician (Manufacturing)

We're looking for a skilled Cutter/Grinder Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has expertise in operating and programming CNC cutter grinding machines and is dedicated to producing high-quality tools and parts. This role requires precision, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation & Programming: Program, set up, and operate Walter Power machines using Tool Studio software and Saacke TTB machines using Numroto software. A strong background with Walter/Tool Studio is a plus.Tool & Part Inspection: Inspect finished tools and parts to ensure they meet exact specifications.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with machine performance, programs, and tool quality.Design Improvement: Collaborate on and implement design improvements for cutting tools to optimize performance and efficiency.Wheel Dressing: Operate and maintain a wheel dressing machine.
