About the Host
As a Host at Fit Social, you're the first point of connection for our guests--and the tone-setter for their visit. You'll welcome each guest with warmth and clarity while supporting the flow of service and sales in a fast-paced, wellness-driven space.
What You'll Do
Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and a positive, professional attitude.
Manage waitlists, reservations, and table assignments efficiently and accurately.
Clearly communicate wait times, seating updates, and general information about our club and amenities.
Sell day passes and provide guidance on amenities such as our beachfront jacuzzi, cold plunges, and wellness features.
Collaborate with servers and managers to ensure seamless service and smooth transitions.
Respond to guest questions with confidence--whether about the menu, membership, or our unique offerings.
Keep the host stand and front-of-house areas tidy, organized, and guest-ready at all times.
