ALG Senior
VP of Operations (Alabama & Florida) (Project Management)
Provide strategic leadership, guidance, and support to Executive Directors and community leadership teams.
Ensure operational excellence in alignment with company standards, state regulations, and best practices for AL/MC/IL.
Monitor and improve performance across census, care quality, staffing, compliance, financial performance, and resident satisfaction.
Conduct regular site visits to each community, building strong relationships with staff, residents, and families.
Partner with corporate leadership to drive company initiatives, resolve challenges, and foster a culture of accountability and compassion.
Mentor and develop community leaders to ensure long-term success and stability.
Qualifications
Proven experience in senior living operations (Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living) required.
Minimum of 7+ years in a senior-level multi-site leadership role strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of state regulations in Florida and Alabama.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability and willingness to travel frequently between communities.
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field required; advanced degree or LNHA/AL licensure in Florida and Assisted Living Alabama License a plus.
