Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing - Call of Duty Mobile Marketing

Reporting To: Director, Mobile Marketing

Department: Mobile Marketing

Location: Santa Monica, CA (Hybrid)

Your Mission

As Senior Manager, Influencer Mobile Marketing, you will lead Call of Duty Mobile's global creator strategy end‑to‑end - from insight‑driven planning through execution, optimization, and measurement across key seasonal beats and feature launches. You'll manage a high‑performing team and agency partners, integrate closely with Product, Social, Community, PR, Global and Regional Marketing, to translate creator impact into business outcomes (reactivation, retention and brand engagement). The bar is storytelling craft and operational excellence.

Priorities can often change in a fast‑paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the global influencer strategy and roadmap across seasonal GTM, content drops, and feature launches; define audience approaches across key audience cohorts
  • Lead and grow an internal team; set goals, coach for performance, and build career paths.
  • Oversee agency/vendor relationships, scopes, and SLAs to ensure quality and speed.
  • Manage end‑to‑end program delivery: briefing → creator selection → contracting → production → approvals → launch → postmortem.
  • Establish influencer measurement frameworks; operationalize reporting and define key business KPIs and product needs to maximize impact
  • Drive cross‑functional alignment with Product, Live Ops, Legal, Comms, and Social; unblock issues quickly.
  • Communicate strategy, progress, and learnings to leadership; influence partner teams using strong stakeholder management skills and business acumen

Player Profile

Experience

  • 8-10+ years in influencer/creator marketing (gaming preferred), with 3-5+ years of direct people management.
  • Proven track record of end‑to‑end ownership of complex, global, multi‑channel creator programs tied to major launches or key marketing beats

Knowledge & Skills

  • Ability to connect creator programs to business outcomes; fluency with social video analytics; hands‑on experience with Tubular Labs and/or StreamHatchet a plus.
  • Excellent brief writing, storytelling, and executive communication.
  • Exceptional program management across multiple simultaneous workstreams and partnership relationships
  • Experience managing large creator budgets

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $105,120.00 - $194,400.00 Annual. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
