Senior Procurement Project Supervisor
You will report directly to our Procurement Director and you'll work out of our Northford, CT location on a Onsite work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of procurement projects by leveraging your expertise in project management, cost savings, and process improvements across our procurement operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee procurement projects from initiation to completion, including supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and delivery, ensuring projects are executed within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals, including project managers and buyers, ensuring the successful execution of procurement projects.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the organization's sourcing strategy, ensuring alignment with cost-effectiveness, quality, and supplier diversity goals.

- 6+ years of experience in procurement and project management.
- Knowledge of procurement strategies, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship and people management.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Ability to drive results and meet project objectives.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in budget management and financial acumen.
