🩺 What You'll Do:
As a CNA, you'll be at the heart of our residents' daily care. Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with personal care (dressing, bathing, grooming, mobility, etc.)
• Supporting residents during meals, recording intake, and ensuring hydration needs are met
• Checking in on residents frequently and answering call lights promptly
• Taking and recording vital signs and reporting changes in condition
• Assisting with admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Helping residents stay comfortable by keeping rooms tidy, making beds, and organizing belongings
• Observing and reporting any changes in skin, behavior, or condition to nursing staff
• Creating a positive, warm, and respectful environment for residents and their families

👩‍⚕️ What We're Looking For:

• Current California CNA certification (required)
• Compassion, patience, and dedication to resident-centered care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Reliability and professionalism
