Systems Implementation Intern (Finance)

Location: On-Site - Boise, ID Duration: 12 weeks This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship, now or in the future. Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our team in Boise to support our SAP implementation, specifically during the go-live and hyper care phases of our European rollout. This internship offers a unique opportunity for hands-on experience with a major enterprise system and direct involvement in a high-impact transformation initiative. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with SAP go-live activities and provide on-the-ground support to functional teams.
• Troubleshoot and escalate system issues during the hyper care phase.
• Help coordinate data validation, testing, and documentation tasks.
• Support training and change management efforts by preparing materials and assisting users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and resolve system-related concerns.
• Document lessons learned and best practices to support process improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and status updates related to the SAP implementation.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong interest in ERP systems and digital transformation.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required.
• Prior exposure to SAP or other ERP systems is a plus.
