The Finance Business Partner for Hotel Chocolat US will provide strategic financial leadership to the US Hotel Chocolat team and lead the development and execution of the approved annual business plan alongside the US GM. They will have an inquisitive "spend money as your own" attitude that is best cost/best for business in approach and will ensure sound business analysis of product, channel and investment proposals, volume and earnings performance tracking and analysis. Delivery of key initiatives, marketing and trade investment analysis as well as key Retail KPI financials.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Organized and able to prioritize/work with concurrency.
- Strong analytical capabilities coupled with the ability to identify issues, obtain mutual agreement as to the resolution and implement change
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills. Must be able to convince, influence, and motivate all levels within the business to achieve objectives.
- Key understanding of Annual Execution plan and 5-year IVCP Inputs
- Well-developed organization skills to manage multiple projects and priorities FP&A Experience
- Experience with MS Office, SAP
Nice to have
- Previous experience of start-up work.
- Exposure to project management/progress reporting.
What would be your key responsibilities?
- To partner with US GM and Management Team to govern and manage the approval and onboarding of suppliers, expenditure and performance reporting.
- Provide in-depth financial analysis related to key initiatives (innovations, marketing investments, capital expenditures, portfolio analysis and pricing)
- Analyze, interpret & communicate actual financial results to Business Team with insights and recommendations.
- Develop and share 5-year Value Creation plan over the mid- and long-term horizon, mapping out key scenarios for profitable growth.
- Analyze competitive landscape and develop relevant benchmarks and work with Human Intelligence team to incorporate trends and competitive activities into business plans
- Share best practices and relevant information with other Finance areas and in efforts to drive improved engagement.

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits.Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an applicant receives an offer of employment. The pay band listed is: USD: 106,751 - USD: 133,439
