Summary
As a Central Supply Coordinator at Heritage Village of Waterville, you will play a vital role in managing inventory and supplies necessary for our healthcare operations. This position is essential in supporting our mission of delivering high-quality care while maintaining an organized and efficient day to day operation our of community.
This position comes with a starting pay rate of $16 an hour.
The typical schedule for this opportunity is Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Start and end times are flexible based on community need. This position will also assist with some medical records responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Manage inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment to ensure availability.Assist in the ordering and procurement of necessary supplies.Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions and stock levels.Ensure proper storage and handling of supplies according to safety standards.Collaborate with healthcare staff to identify supply needs and address shortages.Conduct regular audits of inventory to minimize waste and ensure compliance with regulations.
