Area Superintendent-Electrical (Project Management)



The Area Superintendent is responsible for organization and field management of electrical projects and implementing measures to increase the companys effectiveness and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage up to 6 crews/electrical projects ranging from 40,000 to 200,000 man hours or $15M - $40MSupervise 6 or more supervisors with total responsibility for 75-100 employees on one or multiple projectsIndependently start and manage projects Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprenticesMaintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships

Qualifications:
12+ years of documented work in electrical commercial or industrial construction with at least 3 years of prior supervisory experience and at least 3 years as a Field SuperintendentExperience utilizing prefabricationPossess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman licenseBe willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentivesEnjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanshipBe motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications
