You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Clearwater, Florida location on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the success of hardware projects by applying your technical expertise to develop innovative solutions that enhance product quality and performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the design and development of hardware systems, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Conduct hardware testing and validation to ensure product performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define hardware requirements and specifications.

The application period for the job is estimated to be 40 days from the job posting date; however, this may be shortened or extended depending on business needs and the availability of qualified candidates.As a Hardware Engr II here at Honeywell, you will contribute to hardware design from concept to production, collaborate on requirements, design complex systems, perform testing, and support junior engineers. You will report directly to our Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Clearwater, Florida location on a Hybrid work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
• 2+ years of experience in hardware design and development.
• Strong knowledge of hardware design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
• Experience with hardware testing and validation processes.

WE VALUE
• Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience with high-speed digital and analog circuit design.
• Knowledge of FPGA and microcontroller-based designs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
