Position Type: Full Time

Salary Range: $70000.00 - $90000.00 Salary/year

Engineering Graduate - Rail & Transit

Position Description :

Candidate will work in the Rail and Transit department performing Civil/Structural engineering design of infrastructure and facility projects with Rail/transit agencies. Work includes reviewing shop drawings and performing site investigations during construction phases.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform Civil/Structural engineering design of rail and transit infrastructure and facility projects, including coordinating designs with other disciplines.
  • Perform engineering field investigations, analyze civil/structural conditions and prepare engineering reports.
  • Assist with engineering document review and generation of graphic reports and presentations.
  • Evaluate, select, and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria, using engineering judgment.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • One year engineering or Co-Op/Internship experience is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency with CADD (AutoCAD or MicroStation) and Civil 3D software.
  • Background in computer applications, engineering, and design related to Civil/Structural Engineering.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software is required.
  • Good writing/communication skills are necessary.
  • Valid US Driver's License
