  • 6+ years' experience in service and repair management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of service and repair processes and methodologies.
  • Experience in customer relationship management and customer satisfaction measurement.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
