EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR (Finance)



The Employee Engagement Coordinator Central Pyramid will play a vital role in shaping the culture of our growing enterprise by coordinating with the Vice President of Talent Acquisition to develop, execute, and sustain engagement strategies across all service lines. This role is designed to support employee recognition, celebration, and retention efforts while fostering an environment where every team member feels valued and connected to the mission of the organization.

This position requires a high level of creativity, organizational skill, and interpersonal effectiveness to ensure that engagement initiatives are impactful, meaningful, and aligned with enterprise goals.

Engagement & Recognition
Partner with the VP of Talent Acquisition to design and implement enterprise-wide employee engagement and recognition programs.Coordinate celebrations, milestone recognitions, and appreciation initiatives across Home Health, Hospice, Personal Care, Mays Plus, Pediatrics, and the Nurse Practitioner Clinic.Develop innovative approaches to employee recognition that reflect the diversity of service lines and staff roles.
Retention & Culture Building
Collaborate with leadership to identify and act on opportunities to strengthen employee loyalty and retention.Support initiatives that enhance workplace culture, belonging, and shared purpose across all branches.Gather employee feedback and contribute to retention strategies through surveys, listening sessions, and direct engagement.
Program Coordination & Communication
Serve as the primary coordinator for employee engagement events and campaigns, ensuring consistent messaging and execution.Partner with branch leaders to deliver localized celebrations and engagement activities that align with enterprise goals.Develop and distribute communications highlighting engagement successes, stories, and upcoming initiatives.
Data & Reporting
Track and report on engagement participation, recognition metrics, and retention impact.Provide regular updates and insights to the VP of Talent Acquisition to inform strategy adjustments.
