Quality Control Technician, Sterility (R&D)

Your Role: Quality Control (QC) Technician, Sterility

As a QC Technician, you will be part of the Sterility team delivering Quality results related to all stages of product production. In this role you'll be responsible for initiating, executing, and completing assays per validated procedures and processes using Quality guidelines to perform and communicate results.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine testing using a significant portion of the existing laboratory assays.

  • Prepares and maintains laboratory reagents, supplies, and calibrated equipment.

  • Communicates schedule, test status, and concerns in a timely manner.

  • Document test information and results in a clear and understandable manner.

  • Collaborate with team members to complete daily job requirements following applicable methods and procedures with moderate supervision.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Education: High School Diploma. Two-year degree preferred.

  • Experience: No experience needed. Extensive training will be provided to ensure the ability to follow Aseptic processes.

  • Clear documentation skills and effective communication.

  • Clear, concise, and effective communication.

  • Ability to demonstrate teamwork and interact with co-workers respectively and with a flexible attitude.

  • Knowledge of basic scientific principles and techniques.

  • Ability to make routine decisions within the scope of guidance documents.

  • Troubleshoot and problem solve beyond method defined action.
