Now Hiring: Seasonal Assistant Kitchen Manager
About Us: We are a family-friendly destination known for our vibrant Sunflowers in the summer, our bustling Fall Family Entertainment, and award-winning Haunted Attraction. We're looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Seasonal Assistant Kitchen Manager to maintain a smooth operation of our Kitchen.

What You'll Do:As our Assistant Kitchen Manager, you'll collaborate closely with our team, ensuring top-notch customer service and efficient business operations. Your role includes:
Assist in cooking and food preparation for both customers and staff. Operate and manage the cashier during service hours while providing excellent customer service. Help manage inventory, including receiving and organizing vendor deliveries. Enforce adherence to food safety practices and health department guidelines. Perform bulk cooking tasks, ensuring food quality and presentation meet our high standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas. Manage staff on assigned shifts, ensuring efficient operation of the kitchen. Exhibit reliability and punctuality, maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and integrity. Performs other related duties as assigned.

What We Need from You:
Passion for food and excellent customer service. Serve Safe certification required or be willing to obtain certification, and familiarity with state and local health guidelines for food safety. Experience in kitchen management including cooking, scheduling, and inventory management. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs regularly. Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team under pressure. Excellent communication skills for effective team and customer interactions. Ability to work independently.

Schedule:
September 2-23: Monday - Friday 9-5 ish for setup
September 24-November 2: Monday & Wednesday- Friday 8:30 - 3ish & One weekend shift (flexible)
Up to 40 Hours per week
