Be part of a team that designs, develops, and integrates highly complex software functions within the Productivity Solutions and Services business at Honeywell. You will be an active and integral member of a team to achieve the completion of goals. You will also generate innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Understand, estimate, review, and resolve software/build/field/internal requests.
- Work with internal leadership, project management, and offering teams to estimate and plan product updates and feature requests.
- Design, develop and work with internal and external teams on creation and deployment of new features.
- Convey results of design investigations to stakeholders in order to help drive future product direction.

- 6+ years of software development or software engineering experience
- 4+ years of object-oriented development experience
- 4+ years of advanced software development experience with Java, C#, or comparable
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science
- Experience with Honeywell Voice-based products or related technologies.
- Android Mobile application development experience.
- Experience in developing applications using various development tools/systems (e.g. Git, C#, .NET, experience with MAUI a plus)
- Ability to support full software lifecycle activities including supporting/addressing customer and field escalations, troubleshooting, and patch releases.
- Supply chain experience.
- Practical knowledge and use of development IDEs and source code tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Continuous Software Delivery and Deployment
- Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools/practices (e.g. Jenkins, Bamboo)
- Experience with source control and bug tracking tools (e.g. GitHub, BitBucket, Jira)
- Experience with data analytics and/or machine learning tools.
- Experience executing Agile software methodology
- Knowledge of test-driven development

- Ability to consistently make timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.
