Program Manager, Data Integrations & Solutions (Finance)
The Program Manager is responsible for providing support to the Business Unit, ensuring the effective implementation and consistent communication of initiatives approved and assigned by the Data Integrations and Solutions Leadership. This role will manage initiatives within the Ops portfolio, which includes supporting business programs from ideation to execution, collaborating with Product and Technology teams on the deployment of new systems across business lines, and facilitating the adoption of new business process changes. Additional requirements include monitoring progress against goals, compiling standard project reporting packages, and communicating with and leading team meetings as necessary to fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
What you'll do:
Partner with peers and Initiative Leads to determine tactical solutions for issues and coordinate the execution of action plans.
Analyze project data, monitor and report on the health of the project for schedule, scope, budget, risks and resources
Produce project plans, project artifact logs and other documentation
Support BU Strategic Initiatives Leads on strategic initiatives by leading component projects to achieve a specific goal.
Manage 3rd party relationships to ensure fulfillment and alignment with Equifax Security protocols
Coordinate with Ops leadership for training and resource allocation for project fulfillment
Perform analysis on results and use data to derive conclusions. Communicate analysis to key stakeholders using a clear approach and recommendation of valid solutions
Support the BU by sharing best practices, tips, tricks, templates and lessons learned
Provide program support to the Business Unit, ensuring implementation and consistent communication of the initiatives approved and assigned by the BU Strategic Initiatives Leader
Leverage product subject matter expertise to ensure technology enhancements are compliant and relevant to customer success
What experience you'll need:
Bachelor Degree in Business or a related discipline
PMP preferred, not required
5+ years of project management experience in a high growth, complex environment
Experience independently leading project teams through the project lifecycle
