Corporate Wellness & Membership Outreach Coordinator (Association) (Project Management)

The YMCA of the Fox Cities is hiring a Corporate Wellness & Membership Outreach Coordinator. This is a newly created role for our Association, with a focus to grow our corporate membership base and position the YMCA as the premier wellness partner for businesses across the region. Use your strengths to lead strategic outreach to local businesses, institutions, and wellness-focused organizations to promote corporate membership programs. Work closely with others to develop and execute a structured outreach strategy for small, mid-sized, and large employers. Represent the YMCA in community meetings and corporate wellness events. Support and grow a pipeline of business leads using CRM systems and warm outreach methods (email, phone, LinkedIn). Guide new corporate partners through onboarding, orientation, and ongoing engagement strategies to boost participation. Create a win-win solution that ties into your love of promoting healthy employees and building strong relationships.

This is a part-time business development role that can also be paired with our part-time special events coordinator role.
