Asst Dir Housing Communication (Finance)

Position Summary:
The Assistant Director for Communications is a member of the Housing & Residential Education (HRE) leadership team and provides direct oversight of the department's external communications, publications, website, video production, and student support programs. The Assistant Director will be responsible for developing and executing an annual marketing and communications plan, campaigns, routine and emergency communications, and annual publications on behalf of the department. This team will have direct marketing and communications responsibilities for all Housing & Residential Education units across Tampa, St. Petersburg, and Sarasota-Manatee campuses. The Assistant Director will be expected to collaborate with campus marketing and enrollment partners to achieve desired outcomes.
This position reports to the Director for Operations & Outreach and supervises three direct reports and one indirect report.Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires a Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution with a minimum of four years related exempt experience, including two years of supervisory experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in a relevant field (Student Personnel, Business, Communications, Marketing, etc.)
Five years of fulltime professional experience
