What this position does:
This role is an entry level lost time adjuster position. Employees assigned to this role have limited lost time claims experience and acquire skills in statutory compliance while working directly with claims division management. •Responsible for the day-to-day claims adjudication of assigned claims.
•Conduct investigations to determine and document claim compensability in accordance with Claims Department Guidelines.
•Establish proper and timely reserves.
•Properly document all activity conducted in the management of assigned claims.
•Make timely 3-point contact of interested parties.
•Direct all facets of vendor assignment in managing the final outcome of claims process.
•Work in compliance with the Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Code-Title 85 & 85A.

Who we're looking for:
-High school diploma or GED required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
-Active Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Adjusters License or the ability to obtain within 6 months.
-1 year insurance industry experience handling claims preferred
