Director of Sales (Finance)
Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Director of Sales is responsible for executing a strategic business plan targeting all Group segments to achieve or exceed revenue goals. This role provides leadership, training, and mentorship to the group sales team while actively managing key accounts. The position requires travel to meet with clients, collaborate with the Global Sales Organization (GSO), and attend industry trade shows or related events. The ideal candidate is a driven sales professional with a proven track record in both sales and account management, and a demonstrated ability to cultivate complex, mutually beneficial customer relationships.

Pay Range
Salary range $115,000 - $125,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills, and job specific experience/overall experience.
