The position has a potential for growth.. The ideal candidate will be a proactive critical thinker and detailed oriented, willing to work long hours, as necessary. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word are required.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Promptly and accurately coordinate noticing projects and associated affidavits of service and exhibits with the internal noticing team and maintain related data.
- Create, import, and maintain creditor data and service lists.
- Input, analyze, maintain, and monitor claims data.
- Manage inquiry logs, including preparing and circulating inquiry logs to client and case professionals, promptly forwarding applicable escalations, and coordinating with Kroll Restructuring's internal communications team.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
Essential traits:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years' experience with data management, principals and reporting
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Legal, financial or technology industry background a plus

The salary range for this position is $60,000 - $90,000 USD.
