Retirement Strategies & Global Retirement Strategist (Finance)
Prudential's Global Retirement & Insurance (GRI) businesses include our US-based Retirement Strategies, Individual Life Insurance, Group Insurance, and Prudential Advisors businesses, and our International Insurance businesses in Japan and Emerging Markets. Together, these businesses serve millions of customers across all demographic segments, largely through financial professionals and institutional client relationships. The GRI Strategy team collaborates across businesses, serving as a key partner to the Business Unit Presidents and their senior leadership teams.
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic leader and strategist for the role of Director, Strategic Initiatives where you will be expected to support the development, prioritization, and implementation of a range of strategies and initiatives to drive profitable growth in Retirement markets in the U.S. and Retirement opportunities around the world.
This will be a hybrid role based out of Newark, NJ. For exceptionally well-qualified candidates, Virtual working arrangement may be considered, with expectation of travel as required.

What we offer you:
Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $152,500.00 to $206,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
