Your Role: Account Manager, Pet Health Retail
As an Account Manager, Pet Health Retail, you will play a vital role in supporting the Senior Key Account Manager to cultivate and expand key customer accounts within the retail sector. You will be a crucial link between Elanco and our valued retail partners, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the retail landscape, anticipate customer needs, and ensure their satisfaction, ultimately driving revenue growth for Elanco. In addition to relationship management, this position provides significant exposure to operational processes, allowing you to hone key skills in analytics, financials, and strategic account management. You will gain valuable experience in navigating the complexities of key account management, setting you up for future success within Elanco.

Elanco currently anticipates that the base salary for this position could range from $105,000 to $155,000 depending partly on the successful candidate's qualifications, including education and experience. Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending partly on company and individual performance). Additionally, Elanco offers a comprehensive benefit program to eligible employees that includes a company-matching 401(k); vacation benefits; eligibility for medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug benefits; flexible benefits (e.g., healthcare and/or dependent day care flexible spending accounts); life insurance and death benefits; certain time off and leave of absence benefits; and well-being benefits (e.g., employee assistance program, fitness benefits, and employee clubs and activities). Of course, the compensation is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described above.
