Sr. Analyst Legal Entity Restructure/Separation (Finance)



As a Sr Analyst Legal Entity Restructure/Separation at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial performance and project success of our organization. In this role, you will impact the company by ensuring financial feasibility, cost control, and adherence to financial regulations across various projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.As a Sr Analyst Legal Entity Restructure/Separation here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in managing and executing legal entity restructure and separation projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and drive the successful completion of these projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of Honeywell's Corporate Strategic Business Group (SBG). You will report directly to our Legal Entity Restructure/Separation Manager, and you'll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a hybrid work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Proven experience of 5+ years in finance project management or similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
  • 5+ years of experience in management and leadership of finance teams and organizations
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile or Six Sigma
  • Excellent financial analysis and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to develop financial models and perform scenario analysis
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects and budgets, with a strong understanding of project financials and cost control
  • Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders, with strong presentation and influencing skills
  • Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, with a focus on talent development and succession planning
