IT Support Technician (Information Technology)
The position supports the Training and Research Center's customers, providing direct immediate support to OU and DHS for staff and meeting rooms at our location in Noble, Oklahoma and in Norman, Oklahoma. The position provides remote and on-site support for several hundred staff both onsite and remote. This position is part of a larger team of IT Support focused staff.
Duties include:
Required Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, AND:
Equivalency Substitution: Will accept 48 months of experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months experience.
