· The wage range for this role is $18.75- $22.50 per hour, plus bonuses (when eligible), based on experience.

What will you be doing?
The Outbound Order & Shipping Coordinator is responsible for entering non-EDI orders, processing orders for materials, merchandise and services received from customers, vendors or employees by email, telephone, and fax. Expected to inform customers of unit prices, discounts, shipping or other charges; shipping or delivery date changes, anticipated delays, and any other necessary information.
Essential Functions
This position's essential functions include but are not limited to:

· Respond to all incoming emails and other correspondences in a timely manner
· Work with Sales & Production Control to maintain delivery metrics required by customers and Agri-Fab
· Participate and Edit Reports monthly for Delivery Metrics to Manager
· Review orders and consolidate outbound finished goods or contract parts shipments for most efficient freight and handling costs for assigned customers
· For assigned customers, review and edit orders, consolidate outbound finish goods, coordinate trucks to pick up finished goods and / or contract parts in customer portals and / or internal shipping portal.
· Manage and update ship dates internally and externally to create route requests that meet customer's vendor compliance policies
· Assist in reviewing and disputing vendor compliance charges, as outlined in standard work
· Administrator of Customer Portals
· Order Portal screen setup, as designated in work instructions
· Customer Item / SKU setup, requests from customers, field sales, sales or marketing personnel
· Order Rule / Profile setups on the Order Portal updated for current customers, as well as branches, new customers and new branches, reference standard work documents
· Evaluate inventory availability for assigned customers' upcoming open orders. Note or flag any concerns and share with the team
· Maintain and manage ecommerce inventory feeds and bins as required by customers
· Prepare and coordinate export paperwork, consolidated bill of ladings or other documentation when forms are not already prepopulated or printed on demand
· Participate in reviews of customer report cards/metrics to meet customer delivery performance expectations (Reference standard work for HD.com, Grainger, Amazon)
