This is a great opportunity to make a valuable contribution to the organization by helping to hire great people and ensuring compliance with Member Services' (Human Resources) policies. The successful candidate will take part in a program designed to provide an overview of the Talent Acquisition function through a combination of project work in multiple areas, along with the ability to job shadow in other areas of interest. You will also participate with Interns from across the company in organized activities that provide networking and learning opportunities. Responsibilities:
Provide recruiting assistance to internal recruiters:
Create requisitions and post positions on the applicant tracking system
Schedule phone screens and on-site interviews
Coordinate candidate travel
Order position numbers
Conduct post offer checks including pre-employment drug screens, physicals and background checks
Participate in projects that relate to the candidate experience, orientation and social media
Assist with coordinating intern/co-op activities and events
Participate in continuous improvement projects
Education:
Candidate must currently be working towards a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field from an accredited university; junior or senior status preferred.
3.5 minimum GPA strongly preferred.
Experience:
Excellent computer skills including Excel proficiency, SAP knowledge is a plus.
Prior work experience preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
